Hi, I’m Annalena, 25 years, from Germany :) I recently finished my Master’s degree in Social Work in the city of Leipzig. This has deepened my interest in social processes and in understanding how people live, interact, and support one another in different contexts.
What brings me joy are social connections in environments full of empathy, mutual respect, and collaboration, where I can learn from others and build meaningful relationships. At the same time, I enjoy being outside in nature, hiking, skiing, dancing at concerts and festivals, and simply having movie nights with friends.
I am also interested in cooking, especially meals from different regions of the world, so I would be happy to get to know your favourite food! I would also love to find a host who has animals — I’d be very happy to become friends with them too! :)

I am a social worker and pedagogue and have worked in child and youth welfare for several years, so I get along well with children and people in general. I am used to taking responsibility, communicating clearly and adapting to different situations – and I enjoy working in teams! :)
I also enjoy cooking and would say that I have solid skills in the kitchen. Additionally, I have experience working as a stadium steward and as a hostess at football games in my hometown. I really enjoyed this work because it involved meeting so many different people, also from different countries, who all shared the same passion for football.
I am very interested in working with animals and would love to learn more in this area. I am fascinated by how empathetic and pure animals are and I truly enjoy spending time with them and caring for them!
I am also motivated to learn more practical skills, especially in crafts and gardening, where I don’t have that much experience but I am very eager to improve. Overall, I am always motivated to help as best as I can and would describe myself as a responsible, reliable person who learns quickly.

I love to dance, especially Hip Hop, and I would be excited to learn other dance styles as well - maybe even your favourite one!
I am also very interested in learning how to surf. I know it can be challenging and takes patience, but I would love to try and learning it step by step.
