Description

I'm in college studying literature and film in Russian, French, and Spanish. When I'm not in class, I'm dancing, painting, writing, or planning my next adventure.

I grew up in Vermont on a small farm with a chicken coop and fruitful garden. Living in a city now, I love and miss my close connection to the earth (though I still keep a garden and chickens).

I'm an artist and writer. I've worked as an editor for several literary magazines as well as published my poetry and journalism.

I started working as a model last summer. It's a good gig as a full-time student.

Though I'm definitely an introvert, and often in my own dream-world, perfectly comfortable to absorb myself in a book for hours, I love meeting new people, especially other artists, dreamers, and creatives! My idea of spending quality time together means quietly sharing space while we listen to music, draw, read or write.

Growing up on a small farm, I've raised chickens, sheep, pigs, horses, ducks, and all sorts of livestock. I've tended my own garden for years and help run my college's community garden.

I've worked on a conservation crew doing trail work and restoration, living outside camping for a summer.

I'm also an artist. I've published illustration work for magazines, shown work in collaborative art exhibits and music festivals, painted murals, and love crafting as well such as pottery and knitting. I work as a seamstress in my college's costume shop where I help sew, tailor, and craft costumes for the theatre department.

I've driven solo across the country staying with friends and camping. I've driven through most states and live in many cities including New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Atlanta, DC...

First time abroad this summer, I traveled through Ukraine, Turkey, and Paris.
Next summer, I'm planning Kyrgyzstan, Morroco, Spain for research and Egypt for a wedding!
