Description
I’m a product designer with a deep love for art, music, nature, and travel. I’m easygoing, open-minded, and excited to connect with curious, kind travelers who enjoy sharing their passions, stories, and perspectives. I’m especially interested in cultural exchange, whether that means creating art, cooking together, swapping languages, having interesting conversations, or simply sharing a few good moments. I’ll treat you with warmth and respect, while giving you plenty of freedom to explore NYC and enjoy your own experience.
My cozy Lower East Side apartment is just a 10-minute walk from SoHo, with cafés, restaurants, galleries, and plenty of city energy right outside the door. If you’re curious, independent, and excited to experience NYC while connecting with a local, I’d love to host you and see what we can share along the way. -

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
I’m passionate about art, music, nature, and sustainability, and I’d love to share ideas, creative interests, and experiences with you. Maybe we’ll work on an art project together, discover new music, cook something from our different cultures, or simply exchange perspectives and stories. Having traveled widely myself, I genuinely enjoy learning about other cultures and seeing the world through different eyes. I hope our time together feels like a two-way exchange where we can share knowledge, creativity, cultures, and passions, and inspire each other along the way.

Help
I’m looking for short-term stays of up to two weeks in my NYC apartment. I initially joined Workaway to get help caring for my senior cats, but since they’ve passed, I’ve continued hosting because I’ve met such wonderful people. These days, I’m mainly looking for a cultural exchange with some help keeping my home clean and tidy, including regular cleaning, tidying shared spaces, and helping maintain an organized and comfortable home.
In exchange, I’d love to share experiences like creating art, cooking together, swapping languages, or exploring NYC. I’m easygoing and open-minded, and I’ll treat you with warmth and respect while giving you plenty of freedom to discover the city at your own pace. Let’s make a meaningful connection while helping each other out! -

Accommodation
You’ll have a cozy and comfortable sofa bed in the living room-kitchen area of my small one-bedroom NYC apartment. I provide clean sheets, pillows, and towels to make sure you feel at home. While the sleeping space is in a shared area, you’ll have your own dedicated section with a console table with shelves and a small coffee table with additional storage—giving you plenty of space to organize your belongings and make the area your own. Since this is a shared space, I’m mindful of your comfort and privacy. In the mornings, if I need to use the kitchen while you’re still sleeping, I’ll keep noise and lights to a minimum to respect your rest.
The apartment is in a fantastic location in the Lower East Side, just a 10-minute walk from SoHo’s cafes, galleries, and lively energy—perfect for exploring the city! Since the tasks are light—mainly helping with tidying up—meals aren’t included, but I’d love to share some if you’re up for cooking together.I want you to feel safe, comfortable, and welcome during your stay. If you have any questions about the setup, just let me know—I’m happy to help! -
