We’ve just landed in Australia and we’d like to get our first Workaway experience on the east coast.
Description
A few months ago we decided to pack up our lives, quit our jobs, and set off to travel around the world.
We both love outdoor activities – especially climbing (we actually met at a climbing gym!), hiking, skiing, and scuba diving.
Alicja: I’m driven by discovering new cultures and by anything that feels like an adventure – big or small. I love spending time in nature, and I’m also very passionate about art, with photography and design holding a special place in my heart.
Paweł: I’m motivated by solving problems, which is what surprisingly connects my two passions: computer science and bouldering. I love learning new things and improving myself – recently I’ve been diving into coffee making. My favorite part of traveling is getting to know local customs and perspectives.

Alicja:
• Animals: Since I was little, I’ve spent summers around horses and know how to take care of them. I also used to have a dog, so I’m comfortable helping with pets. I’d love to learn more about looking after other animals, especially wildlife.
• Household: I enjoy cooking and baking (and I’d be happy to share some Polish recipes!). I can handle cleaning and small fixes, and I’m keen to learn more about gardening, repairs, and furniture restoration.
• Languages: I can help you practice Polish and English – I even volunteered as an English teaching assistant in Indonesia. I’d love to start learning Spanish too.
• Art: Photography and design are my passions, so I can contribute with photos or even some website design.
Paweł:
• With an engineering background, I naturally enjoy problem-solving and can help with computers or practical fixes around the house.
• I’m eager to pick up new hands-on skills, especially carpentry and construction.
• Like Alicja, I can also help you practice Polish and English.
