🎨 I love immersing myself in creating anything artistic: painting, pottery, decorating… Whenever I have a craft in my hands, I feel happy.

📖 I have trained as an Integrative nutrition health coach, a Leisure and free time instructor and a Spanish teacher for foreigners ✨

🩵 I completed my health coach studies so enthusiastically, since for many years I’ve had a great passion for health and a strong interest in becoming the best version of myself, both healthiest and happiest, and I would also be delighted to help you improve your health and well-being if that’s something you’d like!

🪁 As for my instructor studies, I love being with children and being able to learn from them, even more than they learn from me 😋
