We worked at the farm for 12 days in late May/early June 2025. Such a relaxed and great fun experience. We stayed with Leila & Regis for 2 weeks in August 2024 at their beautiful lakeside property just south of Nanaimo.
They were wonderful hosts, fed us some amazing food and were super kind in organising access (and lifts) to local artistic events and days out during our stay.

It is a fascinating location for a WorkAway. The site is home to about 60 people from a wide-range of backgrounds and lifestyles. Many of the people we very welcoming and we enjoyed some relaxing hours chatting to the local residents.
