Hello everyone!
I'm Lena, 27 years old and from Germany. I'm a person that loves being outside, appreciates nature and likes being surrounded by people. I'm communicative, open minded, friendly and easy going. I love to travel and get to know people from all around the world, their traditions, culture, food etc.
I am a social worker and have lived in different countires like Slovenia, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. People I met travelleling are very inspiring and I'm very grateful to discover the world this way!

I'm adaptable, keen on learning new things, patient, spontaneous and tolerant towards other ways of living and different opinions or religious beliefs. Besides, I'm communicative, interested in many things and don't mind getting my hands dirty.
I've been working as a social worker in the fields of disability, mental health, domestic violence and individual support and assistance with families.
Besides, I've been working in hospitality, at a bakery, as an Au Pair (working with children), renting out boats, sellling organic fruits and vegetables on the local market and so on.
I have been volunteering through workaway at an animal sanctuary in Northern Croatia, in Nepal I've been volunteering on farms and at an orphanage and in New Zealand doing gardening in the indigenous community. Most recently I have stayed in a rural part of Brazil doing gardening, I absolutely love volunteering and learning more about the countries I'm travelling 🙌🫶

I'm pescetarian which means that I eat fish but no other meat. However, I'm pretty relaxed about it and don't mind people eating meat next to me/ preparing meat myself. I like taking photographs, hiking, being outside, cooking, eating and travelling in general!
