Live in Paradise and Support a Visionary Family & Sacred Feminine Retreat in Costa Rica
We are a family living on the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica, stewarding a sacred land project —a modern-day Goddess Temple and retreat sanctuary devoted to women’s empowerment, spiritual healing, and ecological beauty.

Nestled between the vibrant coastal towns of Santa Teresa and Montezuma, our 14-acre ocean-view property is located in one of the world’s only Blue Zones—renowned for longevity, community, and connection to nature.

Together, we are building a space for women from around the world to come home to their bodies, to sisterhood, and to the Earth. We’ve just completed the first sacred dome on the land and are entering our next phase of development—including aligned storytelling, wellness retreats, and community gatherings.

Alongside this, we also run a global online organization that trains women to lead transformational circles rooted in ceremony, embodiment, and feminine leadership.

    💫 What We’re Looking For
We’re currently seeking a responsible, grounded, and nurturing woman to support our family and home life so we can continue bringing this vision to life. This is a special opportunity for someone who feels called to live in a mystical, off-grid paradise while contributing meaningfully to a mission-centered family.

    This role includes:

Daily school drop-off and pick-up for our daughters

Running local errands and grocery shopping

Preparing three healthy dinners per week

Supporting with light household cleaning, tidying, and laundry

Occasional childcare or support around family needs

This is a live-on-site position in a private space with access to a shared kitchen and serene jungle surroundings.

    🧺 In Exchange
    We provide:

Free accommodation in a beautiful jungle setting

Weekly stipend or food/gas allowance (to be discussed)

Access to nearby beaches, waterfalls, and a vibrant wellness scene

The chance to contribute to a visionary feminine project

Quiet time for personal creativity, wellness, or online work

    🌀 Ideal For Someone Who...
Loves children and has experience with caregiving or nannying

Has a valid driver’s license and is comfortable driving locally

    Enjoys cooking simple, nourishing meals

Is self-directed, mature, and clear in communication

Aligns with sacred feminine values, spiritual growth, and conscious living

    🌴 In Your Time Off...
    You'll have access to:

Surfing and sunbathing at nearby beaches (Cedros, Santa Teresa, Montezuma)

    Swimming at hidden jungle waterfalls

Yoga, ecstatic dance, and vibrant local community events

Jungle hikes, wildlife spotting, and sunset views over the ocean

    🗓️ Minimum Commitment
We are ideally looking for someone who can stay for at least 1 month, with the possibility of a longer-term stay if it’s a beautiful fit.

    ✨ How to Apply
If this calls to your heart and you’d love to support our family and project, please send us a message introducing yourself, your relevant experience, and why you’re excited about this place. We’d love to hear about your relationship to children, cooking, and community living.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

We’re originally from the U.S. and have been living a digital nomad lifestyle for many years. Now rooted in the lush jungle near Montezuma, Costa Rica, we’ve created a life that blends remote work, conscious living, and deep connection with nature.

Montezuma is a vibrant coastal town known for its backpacker vibe and global mix of travelers, artists, healers, and locals. You’ll find a beautiful cultural exchange here—with Costa Rican traditions and pura vida lifestyle woven alongside influences from South America, Europe, and North America.

At our home, you’ll experience a mix of intentional living, sacred space creation, and family rhythms. We love meaningful conversation, creative collaboration, and spending time in nature. You’ll also be invited into the deeper story of our work in women’s empowerment and spiritual entrepreneurship if that sparks your interest.

Whether it’s learning about jungle life, helping film sacred spaces, or simply sharing meals and ideas, we see this exchange as an opportunity for growth and inspiration on both sides.
