    Description

    We are an eco-hostel located just a few minutes from Congonhas Airport in São Paulo.
    Our space includes a botanical garden with more than 200 plant species and a warm, community-oriented atmosphere.

    We run social and environmental projects in the surrounding neighborhoods, focused on solidarity economy, gardening, crafts, cultural events and local sports. We also promote eco-gastronomy through artisanal cooking and sustainable food practices.

    If you enjoy community life, nature, cultural exchange and creative projects, you will feel at home here. Come join us and help build a greener and more connected neighborhood!

    Volunteers can:

    Help

    We host volunteers for projects lasting from 2 weeks (minimum) to 1 month (maximum).
    The schedule is around 6 hours per day, adding up to 18 hours per week, usually from Tuesday to Thursday.

    Our main needs are:

    🌱 Gardening & plant care — watering, pruning, planting, composting

    ✂️ Handcraft & creative work — small DIY projects, upcycling, organizing materials

    🤝 Community projects — supporting local gardening, craft activities, and social initiatives in the neighborhood

    Volunteers who enjoy nature, manual work and community interaction tend to adapt very well here.

    Accommodation

    Volunteers stay in a shared dormitory with bunk beds, accommodating up to 8 people.
    You will use the same shared bathroom as the guests staying in this dorm.

    Volunteers have access to:

    - Kitchen (with possible time restrictions depending on guest use)

    - Common areas and outdoor gardens

    - Rest areas for reading and relaxing

    - Wi-Fi throughout the hostel

    - Laundry once per week (washing machine + clothesline)

    - A personal locker to store and lock your belongings safely

    - Volunteers also receive a weekly food allowance of R$150 to help cover groceries and meals.

    House rules are the same as those for our guests, ensuring a respectful and harmonious environment for everyone.

    Volunteers work only one shift per day (morning, afternoon, or evening), leaving plenty of free time to explore São Paulo.

    We are located just 1 km from Congonhas Airport, in the South Zone of the city — a very safe and accessible area. Nearby attractions include:

    🌳 Ibirapuera Park – one of the most iconic parks in South America

    🌺 Botanical Garden of São Paulo – perfect for nature lovers

    🌉 Estaiada Bridge – a famous architectural landmark

    🛍️ Shopping centers, cafés, bakeries and local markets

    Transportation is very convenient:
    We are close to bus stops, and the subway/metro is easily accessible.

    On your time off, you can enjoy museums, music events, city walks, and the vibrant cultural life São Paulo is known for.
