Help us build up a Hostel!
    ___________________________________________

A hostel for backpackers seeking a creative avenue in the city of Kuala Lumpur. Located in Uptown Damansara, a vibrant area in Kuala Lumpur with plenty of local eateries and shopping.

The hostel aims to be a creative hub where backpackers can meet likeminded individuals who share the same love for art and music. There is plenty of space for you to do your work and collaborate with others. Basic amenities such as WIFI, bathroom, and workings desks are available.

There is a studio located above the hostel where you can have access to musical instruments and simple 5.1 cinema specs mix equipment and additional space for artists to do work or paint on our walls. Next, to the studio, there is a lounge area to hold little gatherings, have a drink and enjoy your time!

The hostel is going to be located in Uptown PJ, about a 20min drive to KLCC. There are plenty of restaurants, a mall and a couple of bars close by and it's always possible to get a grab car.

We will be needing help with a lot of different things, so please include in your Message, what you would like to help with, according to your experience. We will try to work out the most ideal way to collaborate. Be aware that most of us have dayjobs as well, so you need to be able to work independently.

First we will need help with building up the hostel, which means:
    - Painting the Walls\ Floors
    - Building Furniture like Tables
    - Arranging the Beds
    - Decorating (DIY Approach, using recycling to save cost and resources)
    - Cleaning

After that, we will also need help with maintenance and social media, which means:
    - Front Desk (check in\check out)
    - Managing/ Posting on Social Media, like facebook and instagram (taking pictures and promoting our hostel)
    - Laundry

    Trains:

If you're arriving by flight you can take the KLIA Express train or the KLIA transit train to KL Sentral. At KL Sentral itself, you have several options to travel to Damansara Uptown. You can take the MRT or LRT to the Damansara Utama station.

    Buses:

The walk from the MRT is roughly 20 minutes which can take you straight to KL Sentral. From Kl Sentral, you will have access to the LRT that can take you to famous tourist attractions such as China Town, KLCC, Bukit Bintang and Batu Caves. Alternatively, there is a bus (MRT Feeder Bus T813) that will take you to the Taman Tun Dr Ismail MRT station.

    Note:

The best option is to take an Uber or Grab Car Taxi as it is easiest mode of transport in Kuala Lumpur.
