    Description

We are a family of three people Raquel, Mapuche mother, Yvan, Chilean father of Santiago, and Alvaro, our 24 year old son. We live in the middle of nature at the exit of the village of Curarrehue (an hour from Pucon), surrounded by native forests, rivers and slopes. We have a family camp with sheep, cows, different birds, ducks, chickens, goats and dogs. Also an orchard and medicinal plants, and fruit trees. We practice ecological agriculture and we are open to continue learning the most respectful and balanced ways of working with the fruits of nature.

Raquel, as a Mapuche leader, participates in organizations for local development. That is why we are very involved in the life of the Mapuche community, trying to transmit, care and protect the knowledge of the Mapuche culture, its language, its history, its customs and spirituality.

We live in a very simple way, always as natural as possible, we believe in human relationships of collaboration and mutual help, always within the truth and mutual respect.
