    Description

I am as Irish as they come but well-versed in other cultures. I am easygoing and open-minded. My little home is a bit of a fixer upper. I have lots of DIY projects on the go that I need help with.

In return, I can offer a room in my cozy bungalow, a full fridge, good company, and lots of laughs while we share our cultures.
I am looking for someone with construction and carpentry skills to help me renovate my home.

I am an Irish native and love to share my culture. I am based in the heart of Ireland. Tipperary. Close to many historical sites. Tipperary is an inland county that connects to many others which makes it a central base to explore the South, West, and East of Ireland.

    Help

My main need is help with home renovations, basic carpentry, painting, and general maintenance. Help with fixing up my sheds and garden. I also need some help which may suit a digital nomad such as scanning hard copies of documents and photographs to digitally archive.

  • Accommodation

    Accommodation

Double room in a two-bedroom bungalow. Wi-Fi. Shared bathroom.
Full use of all facilities. My home is small so I am only prepared to host one person at a time, unless you are bringing your home on wheels to my yard.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

Based in central Ireland, many other counties are only 1-2 hours away by train or bus. I am within walking distance of a beautiful river a 12th-century functional Abbey and a country pub.

The train station and shops are in the nearest town Thurles is 5km away and that will bring you to counties such as Cork, Dublin and Limerick and all the towns in between.
There is a twice-daily bus that brings you to the local town and surrounding towns where you can visit our historical castles of Tipperary.

So if you choose my home as a base and you do not have your own means of transport you must be prepared that you are based in a rural area and you may not always have access to transport as I work full time and will not always be available to drive you.
