Description
I am a very friendly 64 year old lady named Nicki. I live part time at Teoka bay on Banks peninsula Canterbury. It's a remote place 1.5 hours drive from Christchurch I have 6 acres of land with a beautiful old cottage. Our land is neighbors to a large farm that the CCC have bought as a reserve. My son Tom and young family live there full time in tiny houses. They have two girls under 5 years old. There's a great surf beach 2 minutes drive from my cottage. A babbling river with lovely peaceful gardens and birdsong. Plus walking tracks and sea fishing and diving.
I also have a Spa and swimming pool.
There's two spare rooms in my cottage. Plus grounds for camping vehicles.
We have pure spring water for drinking.
My son speaks Portuguese. His partner is German. I myself speak English. Prefer Good English speakers. But not essential.
I am Looking forward to hosting you on our slice of paradise. It's a great escape from city life. A place to recharge.

Or welcome to bring your self contained camper. I can provide food. Or you can bring your own. I have a house you can cook in and a BBQ. Negotiating hours based on whether I provide and cook food. Nearest shop is an hours return.
I have electric power points if you need to plug in a camper. But no caravan port. There is some wifi by my son's tiny house for checking your emails etc.
No cell coverage otherwise. A 15 minute drive to get coverage.
What else ...

Walking mountain biking. Relaxing.
I love music and have good sounds.

As there is no public transport to Te oka bay it's best if you have your own vehicle to get there. I usually don't have room in my car with a dog and food plus my gear to take people over. There is a shuttle to Akaroa. You would disembark at Little River where I can pick you up from. But prefer the first option of own transport.

Can possibly accept pets
