Description
the project that i run is the regeneration of the olive groves of the family that is abandonated ten years now from the time that the grandfather has stoped to work them, that includes the prouning the cleaning of the fields and the hurving of the olives when is the time. The final goal of the project is the convertion of the olives groves, from a normal agriculture that is now, to a biodynamic system agriculture. The project is all my responsibility and usually a work it alone, only the time of the hurving that other parts of the familly helps me, mainly my father and sometimes my mother.

The workawayer that will came to Kefalonia to help with the project they will take a look of how the olives threes grows and details about the prouning and the fisiology of the threes, they will also see and be part in all of the steps of theharvesting procedures. At the same time the workawaykers will be able to enjoy and know better the island of Kefalonia , to see the local way of living and enjoy the nature and a few of the most beaudifull beaches of Greece. At the end the goal is mainly the cultural exchange, and the joy of meeting new people.
Help
those months (Octomber, November) the help i need is about the olive hurving procces. We will do it all together doing seporate works, sometimes its possible that the people that will came to help will be involved with tools, with my help and my guidance. For the workawayker that will came, i will share all the knoledge that i have about the art of the olive oil making and the agriculture of the olive threes

The accommodation that is offered is a totally new and functional house at the center of Luxury with separated room for everyone.
