Stay in a lifesharing home that supports two male adults and one female adult with autism in rural Haiku, Maui.
Work supporting adults with autism with cooking, cleaning, companionship, yard work, gardening and property renovations. Experience helping or living with autistic individuals preferred. Most help will either be first thing in the morning getting everyone ready for the day and in the evening with dinner and getting ready for bed. A volunteer more interested in gardening, landscaping and home projects can also do more work on the property and spend less time with the adults with autism. Adults with autism are gone from the residence during most daytime hours 9-3.
