We are a warm, loving, and lively family with four smart and funny children with bold personalities, aged 2 to 8 years. We are looking for someone to support us with childcare and household tasks and to join our family as a caring and reliable helper, preferably for a longer period.
We live in a beautiful village in Bavaria, Germany, close to Aschaffenburg, surrounded by nature and with a wonderful view. Our home is a new, spacious, and stylish house, and our grandparents live nearby, creating a friendly and family-oriented environment.
For us, this is not just help, but a cultural and family exchange. You will live with us as part of our family and experience everyday life in Germany, including German family routines, traditions, and local culture. Through daily interaction with us and our children, you will have the opportunity to improve your German language skills.
Accommodation and meals are provided, as well as weekly pocket money. We value a warm and loving approach to children and open communication, and we would be happy to welcome you as part of our family and share our daily life, culture, and experiences with you. As a Workawayer with our family, you will have the opportunity to live with a German family and experience everyday life in Germany. Living in a rural area of Bavaria, close to nature, you will participate in family activities, outings, and celebrations, and learn about German food, home cooking, and local specialties. Help
We are looking for someone to provide loving and responsible care for our four children, aged 2 to 9 years, supervising them and ensuring their safety at all times. Two of our children go to school, one child attends kindergarten, and the youngest stays at home. The role includes helping with morning and evening routines such as getting dressed, washing, and bedtime, as well as bringing the children to school and kindergarten and picking them up when required. You will prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks, feed and care for the younger children, play with them, and organize indoor and outdoor activities. Supporting their learning through reading, games, crafts, and creative activities is also part of the role, along with taking the children outdoors to the playground, garden, or on nature walks. Helping with nap times and rest periods, encouraging good manners, independence, and positive behavior, and keeping the children’s rooms and play areas tidy are also included.
In addition to childcare, the position involves light housekeeping duties such as cleaning and tidying common living areas, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, and assisting with grocery shopping and other daily household tasks.
We are looking for a female caregiver or housemaid with experience in childcare who is confident in providing daily childcare and household support. The ideal candidate holds a valid driving license and is comfortable driving the children to school, kindergarten, and sports activities. Good English language skills are required, and basic German knowledge is a plus. We value a warm, loving, and patient personality, someone reliable, responsible, and well-organized, who is emotionally resilient, calm under pressure, and able to handle a busy family life. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and is excited to become part of our family.
Our family is partly fully employed: the father works full-time, and the mother works part-time from her salon on the lower level of the house. We live in a beautiful village surrounded by nature, perfect for walks, cycling, and outdoor activities in your free time. Nearby towns and cities are easily accessible for sightseeing, shopping, and cultural experiences. There is a bus station in the village, with about a 15-minute bus ride to the nearest city. For errands, trips, and driving the children to school, kindergarten, and sports activities, a car will be provided for your use.
Meals and a private room are provided, and you will be part of our family environment. We value a respectful and responsible attitude and have a friendly and open household. We kindly ask that areas in the house are kept tidy and clean and that you communicate openly if you need time off or have any questions. We aim to make your stay enjoyable, safe, and culturally enriching.

Larger cities such as Würzburg and Frankfurt are easily accessible by train, offering opportunities for day trips, cultural experiences, museums, historic sites, and more. Seasonal events and festivals throughout the year allow you to experience German culture firsthand.
