Description
Hello!
I am Ongi, and I’ve recently moved to a beautiful village in Wanju to start a new chapter. While I previously started an eco-community with a group of friends in Gangwon Province, I am now focusing on building my own Tiny Strawbale House here in Wanju with my family and occasional visits from supportive colleagues.
We are looking for enthusiastic Workawayers to join our journey of sustainable living and natural building!
----
🏠 THE PROJECT: Strawbale House Construction
We are currently in the most hands-on phase of our strawbale house. If you are interested in eco-friendly architecture or a "rustic" DIY life, this is the perfect project for you.
Current Tasks: interior finishing, building a wooden deck, and general site organization.
Who we need: People who enjoy physical tasks and are curious about natural materials.
Our Team: You will mainly work with me (Ongi) and my father. Sometimes my colleagues join us to help out with bigger tasks!
* MAIN HELP
Natural Building: Helping with the strawbale house finishing (plastering, carpentry).
Garden & Land: Small-scale permaculture gardening, weeding, and harvesting.
Eco-Networking: Helping with occasional events for people interested in rural and ecological lifestyles.
The maximum stay is 2 weeks. We usually start with a one-week trial period, and then we can discuss staying longer. Short-term stays are also welcome!
-- Please contact us only if you are 23 or older.--
