  This is a lovely little house on three levels, with thick sandstone walls dating to the XIX century, restored by the owner with love and dedication to the ancient, immersed in the quiet and silence of the wooded valley hills of Santerno in Castel del Rio, province of Bologna - Italy.
  HOSPITALITY - We have made available to guests: a plan with two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom for their exclusive use and on the ground floor a third double bedroom with a second bathroom. And for those who want to immerse themselves completely in the wildlife experience in the pine wood below, we have a field equipped with two curtains.
  RELAX - During your stay, you can enjoy all the spaces in the location, from the back porch suitable for breakfast when the sun begins to warm the heart, to the relaxing lounge for pleasant moments of relax, not to forget the beautiful porch, fully glazed like a greenhouse, where on a comfortable sofa you can chat or eat around the large table, waiting for the sunset. Or if you prefer out in the panoramic "Belvedere" comfortably seated in the aperitif area, why believe me, when the sun disappears behind the mountains, you will be the last spectators of the whole valley.
  You can rest under the two majestic oaks or walk along the paths that go into the woods surrounding the house, then sit back in the "Pensatoio" in the dominant position, alone with your own thoughts, waiting for the sunset.
  ACTIVITIES - Ideal starting point for trekking and mountain biking, and to visit numerous tourist sites such as the Church of Valmaggiore, Mount Battaglia, Castiglioncello, the Vessel Park, Monte la Fine and other unspoiled areas beyond the Tuscan border. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy the area with ping pong table and 25-meter archery.

  The jobs I need help with are:
  OUTSIDE (to be done depending on the season)
  Cut the wood for the fireplace (but only if you consider yourself suitable), stack it on the edge of the forest and then bring it into the woodshed, cut the grass in the garden and take care of the plants, clean the ditches of the road from the leaves and the earth, in addition to small construction work, such as cutting bricks to make the sidewalk or going into the woods to take the stones, for a future new construction;
  INSIDE OF
  Stucco the windows of the greenhouse, give the anti-rust on the railings of the stairs and the impregnating on the wooden beams, whiten some walls, clean the house.
  If you know how to cook I'm even happier because I'm an overcooked chef ...
  If you are willing, if you have good will as well as seriousness in carrying out the work, depending on your skills, I think there should be no difficulty in doing some of these jobs and then I could host you for a week, normally maximum two (start date and possible hospitality extension to be evaluated together).

  You will sleep in the three beautiful guest rooms where paying guests stay, and if they are busy, but only in the summertime in the tents in the woods, enjoying breakfast and lunch and dinner, though I have to admit I'm not a good cook. It will mean that one night we will go to my mother and get up with her full stomach, eating typical Romagna food.

  What else ...

  The B&B in the middle of the nature 6 km from the village of Castel del Rio, it takes its own car to reach it or to be accompanied with no problems, compatible with the commitments of the undersigned Andrea. Imola, the most important city is 25 km from the village and can be reached by bus in 30 minutes. At Imola there are all the amenities one may need and various places to have fun. By train you can visit Bologna shortly and then go to Florence, or take a bath in the various seaside resorts, renowned for Romagna.
