    Description

    We are located at the edge of Montornes del Valles village, in the skirts of the Seralada de la Marina mountain, about 30 mins by train from Barcelona. It is a rural house, with a vegetable garden, fruit trees and a few animals. It is both embedded in nature, and 10 mins walk from a food store, or a pharmacy, in a semi-urban, semi-rural setting. We are a family of three, I (Filka) work as a university researcher, and my partner (Hristo) is an ecological gardener. We mostly need help with watering the vegetable garden, feeding animals over the summer, hence the hours of dedication needed a relatively low. We are at the mountain-see interface, at about 25 mins drive from the beach, or about one hour walk (through the mountain).

    We are a part of a shared farm-house, composed of different, and separate, living units, so it is a good place to learn some Catalan, or Spanish, as well as to indulge into the Calatan summer culture.

    We mostly need help during the summer, when and while travelling, and work will generally consist in about half an hour or maximum one hour per day, (for watering plants, collecting fruits and tomatoes, or feeding chicken, three gees, three ducks and one rabbit). It is a good place to write, or develop your own project in quiet.
