Hi there folks, we are looking for help with our cottage renovation and sorting out the garden, veggie beds etc. We live in Lahinch, about 300m down the lane to one of the best local surf spots.. left hand reef Point break... Really good restaurant 100m away. We are in the countryside, but we have bikes for you to go to town, check out the area, go for swim/surf/walk/fish.... Who knows, the choices are endless. We have our own glamping pod set up in the garden beside a stream and sheltered from winds by trees and a slope surrounded by a young wild flower garden... Just have a look and let us know if you think you would like to come and help/stay! Oh yeah, and we are in the process of converting a wind turbine to a hydro turbine for electricity so any experience would be great...
FOR THE MOMENT, WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING COUPLE GUESTS FROM WITHIN IRELAND DUE TO THE COVID SITUATION AND THE LACK OF SOCIAL INTEGRATION AS A RESULT..

This is a wonderful summer location, with a walk down to the shore, seals/dolphins & locals.. one of the best Irish surf locations, I'll give you some local guiding if you want... Go and visit the Burren, Lisdoonvarna, Cliffs of Moher all by bike...and you can spend time with Nora our dog. She's awesome.

For the house all types of DIY tasks or just if you have a pair of hands and are willing to use them.. it's a 300yr old cottage so no experience necessary, just guesswork! The garden is a garden so if you have any ideas come and try them out. Planting trees, clearing, veggie beds, flower beds etc.. lots of thinking and procrastination necessary... A good drinker of tea would be preferable.
