  Description

  My name is Carolina, I'm the owner of our family owned restaurant, my parents opened it in 1999 and I've always worked there since I was a kid.
  We make typical Piedmontese cuisine following the different seasons. We have a vegetable garden that provides us some of the ingredients for the restaurant and some fruit trees that help us make jam for the breakfast service, as well as 8 chickens.
  Every person that works with us is part of our family, and we would love to have you here to collaborate with us!
  Our job is really intense during summer season, we look for somebody who's willing to learn a new job and stay with us for the whole period (from the start of March until mid September).

  We offer the chance to learn a new job directly inside the environment with practice.
  You will learn techniques of baking, cooking starters and finger food for events; you'll also learn how to keep a kitchen tidy and clean, how to garden and how to host different events.

  Help

  We're looking for two people which can help us during the working season (from March until mid September) in a continuous time.
  One person will need to help in the kitchen preparing and cooking the food for the restaurant service, taking care of the Starters and Desserts; the other person will need to help in maintaining the garden, the pool and other areas tidy as well as dish washing during the work hours at the restaurant.
  
  We often host and organize events like weddings, communions or birthday parties: we're looking for somebody with big will of working and learning a new job who can manage to work multiple hours in one day.
  We also join some events with our Food Truck, so during the summer it can happen to have some events together as a collaboration.
  
  Our job is fun and different everyday, that's the best part! We are sure that you will have a good time if you put effort and passion in what you do!
  We would love to collaborate with somebody who loves being in contact with people, who's smiling at every request of the guests, and who's outgoing. We accept only candidates who are willing to stay with us for the whole period (from March until mid September), and who are willing to learn a new job.
  
  People who speak Italian are preferred.
  
  We offer room (everyday) and board during working hours and we also offer retribution with a contract.

  You'll stay next to your place of work (700mt) in a house that is shared with 3 other people that will be part of the restaurant or food truck team.
  This house provides a Bedroom and shared Bathroom and Kitchen.

  What else ...

  You will have two days off, in those days you can reach the train station and visit the different cities near us: Genova and Portofino (40mins), Milano (1 hour), Torino (1h30mins) or you can hike the mountains around our village!
  
  We would like somebody that will stay with us for 6 months.
