 - Description- We (Maria and Christoph) moved from Vienna to Italy to get out of the city and produce our own food, contain a self-sufficient and nature-based life. We live in an italian country house located on the edge of a nature reserve with farmland, greenhouse, food forest with extensive chicken grazing and forest area. Our goal is the constant learning process and experimentation of organic farming methods.

In the morning we are planning and discussing weekly and daily tasks, before and after lunch there is time for daily work in the house and garden, seasonal harvesting and processing according to the annual cycle.

 The site is surrounded by several hiking trails into the Cesane Mountains, as well as cornfields and vineyards on green hills and densely wooded mountain ranges. Not far from the Renaissance city of Urbino, between the Cesane Mountains and the Metauro River, in the middle of a valley, our house has been inhabited and cultivated from the Middle Ages until modern times.
 and fell into oblivion. Rediscovered almost 20 years ago, my mother lovingly rebuilt it. There are many beautiful places to climb, swim, hike, etc. in the area.
