Description
Our farm is a five-acre regenerative space in central India, 50 km from Indore. Since 2016, we have practiced permaculture, organic farming, and horticulture, and are now transitioning into a community-based ecovillage model. Though there are couple of employed staff currently to help us with the kitchen.
Our name comes from the elder brother of Shri Krishna and revered as the Hindu God of Agriculture. “Hal” means plough, “Dev” means god. Inspired by his spirit, we see the farm as a temple—where farming, nature, and spirituality unite.
Through our Volunteer Program, we invite eco-champions from around the world to co-create with us. This is a space to slow down, live with purpose, and experience community life guided by trust, harmony, and love.Types of help and learning opportunities
