Description
Join us to create a permaculture food forest on our property on the wild and magical island of Samothraki. We are Symose a Musician-Percussionist and Andriana a Shiatsu and Sound Therapist. We are grateful of being able to live in this beautiful place surrounded by nature. We bought the property, which is about 3000 sqm, 4 years ago, renovated the old house and are currently preparing the garden. Since the property is located on a slope and the top soil washes away with every rainfall we created swales to retain the rainwater and planted fruit trees along them. Besides our big project we love to cook and share a good meal with beautiful people.

Help
The projects we need help with will be building an outside kitchen and Building raised garden beds for Veggies. Carpentry Skills will help a lot. Maintaining the garden, partly Gras cutting so we will have enough organic matter to fill the swales.

Accommodation
The accommodation will be a room in our house with a separate entrance equipped with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
On the days we work together we will provide the groceries for breakfast and we will cook lunch after we finished working.
On your free days which will be most likely the weekend you are responsible for your meals (groceries and preparation)
