Description
From May 24th for 2 or 4 weeks
We are a British family living in northern Tuscany needing help during busy periods with the general running of our home. Simon and i travelled around the world for 12 years and volunteered on exchanges in various countries, and now we would like to offer the opportunity to host helpers.

We are an English family living in northern Tuscany. We speak Italian and English,and can help if you are learning either language. We live just 1 km from Barga, a beautiful hilltop town which in the summertime has music festivals, and a lively atmosphere.

Help
We need help with the general running of our family home with two young teenagers and puppy. Some cooking, cleaning, dog walking, playing sports with the girls, gardening and light maintenance. My husband and i have very busy periods with work, which is when we need an extra pair of hands around the place. Driving licence is necessary.

Accommodation
We have a separate accommodation for helpers next to our home, so you will have your own privacy. We ask helpers to keep the accommodation tidy during their stay. We usually share the cooking and eat together with a few nights off.
What else ...
We live 40 minutes north of Lucca, 90 minutes from Florence. There is a good bus service and train station close by.
We have excellent hiking from the door, and lots of places to discover in the surrounding area.
