Description
We live in a big country house which we have been restoring and it is an ongoing project. We have been clearing the gardens also. We live near Dublin and have a busy house with four dogs. We also have students living here who attend university in Maynooth.

We live in a large country house built around 1760. We have been restoring the house and grounds over the last four years. We have a strong interest in 18th century architecture, the history of the country house and antiques. There will be an Opportunity to learn about Irish architecture and history. Maynooth also has an interesting history and is easy to cycle to. We have some students from Maynooth university living here.? Plenty of people here to practice English and learn about Irish culture. We cook dinner every evening. It’s also easy to visit Dublin or local sites during days off.

We have had many helpers. All have visited Dublin and some Belfast, Wicklow. We have bikes to use in the area, into Maynooth which is a small university town. There is a train to Dublin.
