PLEASE READ BEFORE MESSAGING
Hi, thank you for showing interest in our private dog shelter/animal care, 3 friends started Little friends, which seems like forever ago.
We are a non profit organisation with a dog rescue shelter also very involved with all animal welfare and caring for the street strays, dogs and cats .
We are looking for couples or two friends to share, it's best and more fun to help together .
Most of our dogs have come to us as puppies, and are will be offered for adoption when they are totally socialised vaccinated and will fit into a loving family,(thats our job) they are all either abandoned dumped or the owner wants us to help find homes for them - our daily routine is very much the same same , wake up feed them, exercise area, clean kennels water filled and fix bedding plus any vet appointments, find time to play and interact with them, coffee then it all starts again at 4pm but in between it's maintenance, fixing fences moving stones but there is always time for some Lefkas fun - sun and beaches.
Our private shelter operates only with private donations, fund raising and blood sweat and tears!!

We are looking for help with socializing the dogs into an everyday environment - dog behaviourist or trainer - caring animal friendly people, welcoming tourists and walking the dogs, we would love some help on social media and coming up with new idea to help with finding them homes in Europe

Own room with a double and single bed, fridge, the toilet and shower are in the attached bungalow within the shelter area , shared use of all facilities, most volunteers prefer to cook and provide for themselves (weekly shopping trip).....but if I'm cooking your welcome to join me - 2 bikes provided - ideal for couples
What else ...
Shelter duties are from 8am till 10.30 then again at 4.00 till 6pm - unless other duties are needed to help the dogs, we are open to suggestions - day time walk, visit to towns, car ride - anything to help them get use to their possible new homes - shelter maintenance and daily up keep - welcome visitors and help with daily walks
