    Description

Hi my name is Filip. Im a Permaculture educator, designer and freediving intructor.

Together with my family I'm running the homestead project . Here in South of Sicily. We are cultivating olives, fruit trees and starting a simbyotic, ducks/perennial vegetable garden system.
And starting to renew the old houses from1880.

I work as a consultant. Designing farms or homestead using permaculture principles. And i love the idea that the future will be a productive, regenerative and clean ecosystem. where people can share experience and use technology in a real efficient way.

Im also very passionate about wild plants foraging. This art caught me in Copenhagen when i started to work with a german biologist learning how to recognizing and identify plants families. I usually go and pick wilds in the morning, and then come back and always find new creative ways to cook or perserve the wonderful harvest.

I have a big addiction towards the sea:) i cant live without exploring seabeds and observing fish. im a Freediving instructor so if you r up for it. And there is place you could join the sundays dive.

Since 2020 i teach courses in Barcelona, about Permaculture, foraging ond Oliveoil making.

We will spend time observing nature and getting as many information as possible. to be able to design a sustainable place. We will eat together when possible. Learn about natural farming and permaculture. If you have something you wanna share with the project. It would be nice to organise workshops or similar.
