We are a environmental education center that is guided by a vision of abundance and balance on this planet for ourselves and others. We recognize that our role as an organization is to serve as a bridge to lead us to that envisioned future. Our main pillars of focus are Regenerative Design, Agriculture, Education. We offer education, community, and tools through workshops, trainings, and programs on our educational farm. We are a committed and passion team of professional, integral change makers, who find resilience and energy in staying grounded and caring for ourselves. We actively use clear and compassionate communication while being present for our team members and volunteers in times of need.

We practice kinesthetic education in our organization. At the center, we foster environments that are socially just, accepting people of all backgrounds, ages and genders. In doing so, it is easier for everyone to feel safe, heard and appreciated so that there is a possibility of greater connection with the land and with each other. We humbly offer a dynamic and inspiring place to promote cultural exchange, land stewardship, ecology, and collaboration. Through this alliance and collaboration, critical analysis and thinking, kinesthetic education and radical artistic expression is highly encouraged.
We strongly believe and live in the perspective that both the student and the teacher switch roles frequently. We go through life offering our experience and absorbing new learnings! In our 9 year experience, we have become aware that mistakes do not exist. Instead, they are actually important life lessons that aid us in constant growth and improvement. That is why one of main principles is :"That any individual can accomplish their highest potencial when they have the proper tools, support and space. It's important to always remember to not be so hard on ourselves in the ongoing process. That is why celebrating along the way is a must for all sizes and forms of victories and advancements!
Our staff takes joy in motivating our volunteers, visitors, interns and allies to participate in exchange of dialogue in order to present and offer their experience and wisdom they gained while sharing with our center. At the end of the day, our planet is will flourish with the existence of more centers and spaces to unite community members and inspire humans to lead regenerative lifestyles and practices.
We've created an internship and volunteering program on site for travelers and students. We are currently emphasizing our focus on agriculture (garden and greenhouse development), workshop prep, holistic agro-ecology, compost, saving seeds, endemic and native species reforestation (propagation), forestry management, general maintenance of site, etc.
In our program, we offer a nourishing and principally vegetarian diet (ocassionally we offer meals with fish or chicken but there will always be a vegetarian option). We also offering comfortable camping sites (and if the volunteer doesn't already have a tent, we mostly like will have one to lend out). In exchange for these offerings, we ask for 5 hours of work daily M-F while the weekends remain free. Periodically we host and produce special activities on and off the land. If you are interested in this, we can send you a PDF document with all of the specifics of the program, including directions upon your email and request!

Our volunteers will be camping with us on site. We have comfortable camp sites and suggest that volunteer bring their own comfortable gear, but if they prefer to use our tents, they can. There are comfortable bathrooms and solar showers, a common space and a kitchen.
Our location in the 5th region is very convenient. This region is the second biggest of Chile with its capital being Valparaíso (cultural capital and influential port town). Since we are in a populated region, we are close to coastal towns such as Viña del Mar and Concón (surfer's delight). The region boasts a variety of outdoors activities: running, surfing, hiking, motocross, longboarding, bmx, climbing, fishing, etc.
