  El apartamento es pequeño, ubicado en un tercer piso, en el norte de la ciudad de Neiva, cerca al aeropuerto y centros comerciales como Único, San Pedro Plaza y San Juan Plaza. Respecto a la habitación es pequeña, consta de una cama doble, armario y ventilador, ventana con vista a la calle, el baño es compartido, al igual que los espacios como cocina, sala, comedor y lavadero; servicio de wifi incluido al igual que los servicios básicos, no hay Tv ni cable.
