    Description

Atalbeitar. It is a village of about 40 inhabitants in winter. You can walk to Pitres, which is the main town of La Taha. The people who live in this village are mostly from abroad and there is very good cordiality, communication and respect.

I have a house in the village. I also have irrigated land. There are fruit trees, almond, olive, chestnut, walnut, fig and garden areas where I grow vegetables.

The purpose is to cultivate, harvest and transform the fruits that the earth gives. Throughout, I would like to create a community.

In the area there are more people who cultivate the land. Depending on the season, there are fruits, chestnuts, walnuts, olives, almonds, etc.

I offer you a non-consumer, ethical, conscious, respectful experience with the earth and animals.
A change requires a high commitment and a great effort.
    - Intensive farming products such as meat, eggs, milk and dairy products are a serious problem for health and the environment, in addition to the animal suffering that it entails. In the area you can get eggs from semi-freedom chickens and local cheeses from small farms. Choose these local products during your stay and refuse the others.
    - In the weekly market you can find all kinds of fruits, vegetables and vegetables: season, out of season, intensive agriculture, and from the other part of the planet. Choose the local seasonal products and refuse the rest, they are not necessary!
    - In the supermarket you find hundreds of packaged products: industrial pastries, preserves, drinks and a long etcetera, as well as basic products such as legumes and grain cereals. Choose basic and local products, refuse the rest. At the same time that you do it, you are stopping contributing to the plastics and packaging industry.
    - We are at 1,300 m. altitude. There are fountains, streams and ditches. We have high-quality water, but humans contaminate it and send it down the drain, which unfortunately in several of these towns is poured directly into the ravine. Choose biodegradable cleaning and hygiene products, without chemical substances or micro plastics. In the area there are people who make them for their own use and to sell. I make vegetable drinks, I don't use tetra brik, we eat what the earth gives us, I buy organic and local legumes, bread and cereals.

Take advantage of this experience and integrate it into your daily habits as much as possible. There are certain elementary rules such as:
    - Respect for the inhabitants of the place and the environment.
    - Honesty.
    - Education.
    - Responsibility.
    - Non-violent communication. Both the host and the guests, if they feel uncomfortable with any situation, it is important to talk about it and resolve it.
    - Conscious and ethical way of life.
    - Efficient use of resources and energy.
    - The garbage generated must be organic and goes to the compost.
    - Keep the house tidy and clean.

Accommodation is in a single room. There is hot water, kitchen and internet. You can also camp on the farm.

Beings with kitchen and garden skills will be welcome.

    - Honestidad.
    - Educación.
    - Responsabilidad.
    - Comunicación no violenta.
