Description
We have an Eco Lodge with a cat and friendly travelers. We're set on 1 acre of tropical gardens in the middle of beautiful Hervey Bay and only a five minute walk to the beach, cafes and bars.
This paid position is running our reception/ laundry/ housekeeping and some gardening when its quiet,
5 days per week, 6 hours per day.
Reception duties include, processing reservations, payments, check in/outs and social media and the many other day to day tasks needed to operate the Eco Lodge.

This is a live in position which would suit a single person or a couple who are wanting a relaxed Qld lifestyle.
Package includes weekly salary, private accommodation, wifi and all other living costs except food.
30 hours per week.
5- 6 month commitment
Options for extra paid work if required.
Our on going project is to monitor our Solar energy production and usage, extensive recycling and compost. We'd love to have you here sharing with us and help us to make this dream possible.

We provide our helpers with free wifi, bikes, laundry and discounted tours during their stay. We have a beautiful safe beach for swimming and watersports. Hervey Bay is a laid back nature and wildlife lovers haven. Take time to visit K'Gari (Fraser Island), Lady Elliot Island and See Humpback whales between July and October.

The work itself was quite simple. Meg &brent ask you to clean the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen 5 days a week in the mornings. You can also find a job on the side.

It located near beach and there are some groceries, bar, cafe, restaurant and shopping mall, so it's easy to go anywhere.
I'm not much of a talkertive person, but enjoyed communicating and I really cherish the times I got to chat with Meg, Brent and everyone from Workaway.
