Description
We are a cheerful family of 4: Oriana, Giovanni, 6-year-old Agata, 2 and a half-year-old Ettore, and two cats, Pino and Minù. We live in Italy, in the Tuscany region, by the sea in the Versilia area; there's the sea and the beautiful Apuan Alps behind us.
We've already had 4 au pair experiences, and we've had a great time. Some people are now a permanent part of our family.
Before, we needed many hours because Oriana worked in the evening, but now we only need a few hours a week. You'll have a lot of free time and several days off to explore Tuscany and Italy. We live in a very touristy place well-served by trains, making it easy to reach other parts of Italy.
You'll have your private room with air conditioning and a bike for your independent movement.
Our family wakes up at 7:30; we have breakfast and take the kids to school and kindergarten. The house is empty until 5 when the kids return, but we are practically independent, except for a few hours when we need someone to go to the gym or go out occasionally.

Viviamo in Italia, in Toscana sul mare località Versilia; c’è il mare e dietro le bellissime Alpi Apuane.
Abbiamo avuto già 4 esperienze di au pair, e ci siamo trovati benissimo
E alcune persone ormai faranno parte per sempre della nostra famiglia.
Prima avevano necessità di tante ore perché Oriana lavorava la sera,
Ora abbiamo bisogno di poche ore settimanali quindi avrai tanto tempo libero e più giorni liberi dove potrai approfittare per conoscere la Toscana è l’Italia,
Viviamo in un posto molto turistico dove è ben servito dai treni e quindi è facile raggiungere le altre parti di italia.
Avrai una tua stanza privata con aria condizionata e una bici per spostarti in autonomia.
La nostra familia si sveglia alle 7:30 facciamo colazione e portiamo i bimbi a scuola e asilo quindi la casa è vuota fino alle 5 dove arrivano i bimbi ma siamo praticamente indipendenti se nn per qualche ora che ci serve qualcuno per andare in palestra o uscire una volta ogni tanto.
Somos una familia alegre de 4 personas: Oriana, Giovanni, Agata de 6 años, Ettore de 2 años y medio, y dos gatos, Pino y Minù. Vivimos en Italia, en la región de Toscana, junto al mar en la localidad de Versilia; con el mar y las hermosas Alpes Apuanas detrás.
Ya hemos tenido 4 experiencias con au pairs y nos ha ido muy bien. Algunas personas ahora son parte de nuestra familia para siempre.
Antes necesitábamos muchas horas porque Oriana trabajaba por la noche, pero ahora solo necesitamos unas pocas horas a la semana. Tendrás mucho tiempo libre y varios días libres para explorar la Toscana e Italia. Vivimos en un lugar muy turístico bien comunicado por tren, lo que facilita llegar a otras partes de Italia.
Tendrás tu propia habitación privada con aire acondicionado y una bicicleta para moverte con autonomía.
Nuestra familia se despierta a las 7:30, desayunamos y llevamos a los niños a la escuela y al jardín de infancia. La casa queda vacía hasta las 5 cuando regresan los niños, pero somos prácticamente independientes, excepto por algunas horas en las que necesitamos ayuda para ir al gimnasio o salir de vez en cuando.

Our area is very touristy. We are close to the sea and near the Versiliana Park. Giovanni is a member of Italy's first surf club, and you can join him to learn surfing, windsurfing, and sailing.
Behind us are the Apuan Alps, where you can go hiking and enjoy walks, witnessing the sunset over the sea from the mountains.
Pietrasanta is a city renowned for its history in artistic marble craftsmanship. Many famous sculptors reside there, and there are numerous art galleries. Nearby is Carrara, the epicenter of white Carrara marble extraction.
Viareggio, the largest city around 15 kilometers away, is a famous seaside town from the 1800s, renowned for its carnival.
Nuestra zona es muy turística. Estamos cerca del mar y cerca del Parque de la Versiliana. Giovanni es miembro del primer club de surf de Italia, y puedes acompañarlo para aprender surf, windsurf y vela.
Detrás de nosotros están los Alpes Apuanos, donde puedes hacer senderismo y disfrutar de paseos, observando la puesta de sol sobre el mar desde las montañas.
Pietrasanta es una ciudad famosa por su historia en la artesanía artística del mármol. Muchos escultores famosos viven allí y hay numerosas galerías de arte. Carrara, que está cerca, es el centro de extracción del mármol blanco de Carrara.
Viareggio, la ciudad más grande a unos 15 kilómetros de distancia, es una famosa ciudad balnearia del siglo XIX, conocida por su carnaval.

Our area is very touristy by the sea. There are nightclubs, concerts, and art exhibitions. You can go to the beach, surf, sail, but we have the mountains right behind us, and you can visit the Apuan Alps.
The nearest city is Pietrasanta, a city from the 1200s, highly artistic and picturesque. There are many art workshops and numerous famous art galleries.
Nuestra zona es muy turística junto al mar. Hay locales nocturnos, conciertos y exposiciones de arte. Puedes ir a la playa, hacer surf, navegar en barco, pero tenemos las montañas justo detrás de nosotros, y puedes visitar los Alpes Apuanos.
La ciudad más cercana es Pietrasanta, una ciudad del siglo XIII, muy artística y pintoresca. Hay muchos talleres de arte y numerosas galerías de arte famosas.
