    Description

My name is Danica. I am a business woman, mother of two children (12 and 15) and live in a beautiful cottage in the village of Millthorpe (20 minutes from Orange and 30 minutes from Bathurst). I am in Orange most days so can provide some transport and there is a daily train too.

Accommodation and meals with a small weekly cash $$ allowance, will be provided in exchange for gardening, some cleaning/maintenance/painting around the house and if suitable some larger renovation projects. There is also an opportunity for au pair role to two incredible older children - you would be more of a mentor and friend as they do not require a huge amount of care.

You would be staying in a a self contained studio apartment/cottage that is separate to the main house with two bedrooms, full bathroom and basic kitchen amenities (toaster, kettle, full fridge and microwave) and air-conditioning/heating. The accommodation provided is newly renovated, clean, warm and safe. My family and I love meeting new people, and sharing experiences.

Millthorpe is a beautiful historic village known for its food wine and beautiful scenery. It has a big art scene and is a very friendly and social village of people. There is also a daily return train service to Orange. My kids are very independent and like me, they enjoy meeting new people. My parents live near by and very involved in our life. We would love to host you and give you a beautiful experience of what our region and culture has to offer.
