    🌿 Experience a Workaway in the South of France – between mountains, the Mediterranean Sea and the city ( gay friendly )

    🌈 Hello and welcome,

    We are Tom and Fa, a young, dynamic and fun couple.

    We live on Mont Faron, in our guesthouse (closed to guests during the off-season), just 10 minutes by car from Toulon city center, the TGV train station and buses, and less than 7 km from the beaches, surrounded by lush greenery.
    We are lucky to live at the crossroads of three worlds:
🌲 nature, 🌊 ☀️the sea and 🏙️ the city.

    During your volunteering stay, you’ll be able to enjoy all three, depending on your wishes.

    Our main goal is not only to move projects forward, but above all to meet kind, empathetic, open-minded people with a real sense of conviviality, sharing and humor.

    🏡 Accommodation conditions
Each volunteer is welcomed as a member of the household:

    * Private bedroom with private bathroom (usually reserved for guests)
    * All meals are prepared and shared together: eating together is a golden rule for us
    * Access to the sauna, hammam, gym and ( unheated swimming pool for the bravest 😄), as we are off-season

    We ask that volunteers:

  • What else ...

    What else ...

    We are in the middle of nature, even though the city is very close.

    🚗 A car is essential to fully enjoy the region (beaches, hikes, city, villages, nature).

🌲 nature, 🌊 the sea and 🏙️ the city.
During your volunteering stay, you’ll be able to enjoy all three, depending on your wishes.

    🌍 Things to discover around Toulon (within 1 hour drive)
    * Mourillon beaches
    * Mont Faron cable car (exceptional view over the harbor)
    * Giens peninsula and coastal path
    * Porquerolles
    * Le Lavandou and Bormes-les-Mimosas
    * La Londe-les-Maures
    * Bandol and its vineyards
    * Le Castellet
    * Saint-Tropez (depending on traffic)

    🌞 Leisure, relaxation & nature
    * Hiking around Mont Faron
    * Beaches less than 7 km away
    * Sea, sun, pool, sauna and relaxation
    * Toulon city center 10 minutes by car away: bars, restaurants, shops, events

    You can enjoy the coastline and go for a swim in the morning, then head out on an adventure in the afternoon to discover the Var, our beautiful region: waterfalls, hikes, historical landmarks, wine tastings, and much more.

    🌍 Things to discover around Toulon (within 2 hours drive)
    We are ideally located, right in the heart of it all, on the Mediterranean coast.
    Major cities such as Nice, Menton or Monaco are less than two hours’ drive to the left; to the right, you’ll find Marseille, and further on, Montpellier.
    We prefer to offer you three consecutive days off so you can truly set off on an adventure and discover our beautiful country in the best conditions.

    🏡 Who we welcome
    We are looking for people who are:
    * cheerful, motivated, reliable and positive
    * hands-on, proactive and autonomous
    * kind and respectful of hygiene, the place and others
    * ready to actively take part in daily house life

    🙅‍♂️ We do not accept people who are:
    * in a bad mood
    * lazy or not involved
    * lacking hygiene, manners, politeness or respect

    ❌ What we cannot accept
To ensure good harmony, we cannot host:
    * families with children
    * groups of travelers
    * people traveling with pets

    🤝 Above all, a human exchange
Being a volunteer with us means coming with the desire to help, to do things well, to get involved and to share.
We make sure everyone feels good, respected, valued and happy.

    If you struggle to get up in the morning, find community living difficult, don’t enjoy manual activity, or have trouble managing your emotions, then this place will not be suitable for you.

    🎶 Atmosphere & house spirit
We help seriously, but always with joy, often with music, lots of discussions and laughter.
Meals are key moments: we share, talk and build connections.
You will be considered a full member of the household.

Everything is possible as long as it is done in a spirit of kindness, What matters most to us is finding a good balance between the help provided, daily life in the house, and each person’s online activities, all within a friendly and respectful environment.

    It may be possible to accommodate vans, but only small ones. Small surf-style vans are the most suitable (not too wide and not too long). ⚠️ Please note: there is a slope when arriving, which can make access difficult. Please let us know the type and dimensions of your vehicle in advance so we can confirm whether access is suitable.
