  Description

  Adventure and buffalo farm. We live and work on our diverse Demeter farm. Do you want to support us in the summer in agriculture, in the cattle shed, in the chicken coop, in looking after guests, in the cheese factory and in the butcher shop, with the holiday camps and with the events farm fun team games and cow trekking. At the moment we are looking for specialist help in agriculture with driving tractors, milking and repairing machinery.The ever-present border with Germany and the nearby Rhine shape our landscape.
  We are 1 hour by train from Zurich, 45 minutes from Winterthur and Schaffhausen. Our motivated team and Heinz and I look forward to getting to know you.
  
  Erlebnis- und Büffelhof. Wir leben und arbeiten auf unserem vielseitigen Demeter Bauernhof. Willst du uns im Sommer unterstützen in der Landwirtschaft, im Viehstall, im Hühnerstall, in der Gästebetreuung, in der Käserei und in der Metzgerei, mit den Ferienlagern und mit den Events Bauernhof-Plauschteamspielen und dem Kuhtrekking. Im Moment suchen wir fachliche Hilfe in der Landwirtschaft mit Traktor fahren, melken und Maschinenpark reparieren. Die allgegenwärtige Grenze zu Deutschland und der nahegelegene Rhein prägen unsere Landschaft.
  Wir sind mit dem Zug 1 h von Zürich, 45 min von Winterthur und Schaffhausen. Unser motiviertes Team und Heinz und ich freuen uns, dich kennen zu lernen.

  Would you like to help us introduce school children and holiday camp children to farm life and agriculture? Help us to teach sensible food production to the children and help with them in the stable and in the fields.
  Do you have a driving license and can you communicate in German?
  Or would you like to help us in the kitchen? Are you a cook and would you like to support our chef and the motivated kitchen team and learn Swiss cuisine at the same time? Delicious dishes with products from our cheese dairy and meat from our water buffalo are on the menu.
  The hours worked are paid.
  
  Möchtest du uns helfen, den Schulkindern und Ferienlagerkindern das Bauernhofleben und die Landwirtschaft näher zu bringen. Hilf uns, die sinnvolle Lebensmittelproduktion, den Kindern zu lehren und mit ihnen zusammen im Stall und auf dem Feld zu helfen.
  Hast du den Führerschein und kannst du dich in Deutsch verständigen?
  Oder möchtest du uns in der Küche helfen, bist du sogar Koch oder Köchin und hast Lust unseren Koch und das motivierte Küchenteam zu unterstützen und dabei die Schweizer Küche zu lernen. Leckere Speisen mit Produkten aus unserer Käserei und mit Fleisch von unseren Wasserbüffeln stehen auf der Karte.
  Die Arbeitsstunden werden bezahlt.

  We are right near Stein am Rhein, Schaffhausen. Our bus stop is called Hemishofen, Dorf. From there we have good connections to Zurich, Winterthur, Schaffhausen and Singen/D. Our car can be borrowed. We can count on a motivated team all year round. We would like open, interested personalities to support us in the summer and get involved in all the different activities.
  
  Wir sind direkt bei Stein am Rhein, Schaffhausen. Unsere Bushaltestelle heisst Hemishofen, Dorf. Wir haben von da gute Verbindung nach Zürich, Winterthur, Schaffhausen und Singen/D. Unser Auto kann ausgeliehen werden. Wir dürfen das ganze Jahr auf ein motiviertes Team zählen. Wir wünschen uns für die Unterstützugn im Sommer offene, interessierte Persönlichkeiten, die bei all den unterschiedlichen Tätigkeiten anpacken.
