All round help on our animal-friendly family campsite in the middle of nature in beautiful Tarchamps, Luxembourg

  Description

  I am Lau Leendertse (the owner), I´m from the Netherlands and along with my family (parents and partner) we live in Luxembourg running a this beautifull campsite. It is a cosy, animal-friendly family campsite in the middle of nature. The campsite has about 100 places. There is a swimming pool and a restaurant. In the restaurant people can have breakfast, lunch and dinner and drinks in the evening.
  
  We are looking for people for all round help on the campsite. See more information below.
  
  From May until the end of September, we are looking for people who want to help with/in:
  - Cleaning: the sanitary buildings and chalets/safaritents (cleaning the chalet/tent, changing beds, washing the bed linen + towels and folding them, etc).
  - The kitchen (Washing dishes, preparing the plates, make the side dishes like the salads and so on).
  - Help with gardening around the campsite.
  - Behind the bar bartending and/ or serving the dishes to the tables.
  
  Apart from the hard work, you will have your own private space where you can retreat to sleep as well as take a break when is possible. You will also be provided with a hot meal and lots of good company from your colleagues and guests. We would love to welcome you to our campsite.

  The campsite is situated in the middle of nature. Besides the requested help, it is a wonderful environment to relax and unwind and enjoy nature.
  
  We speakfluent Dutch and English, also some French, German and Spanish. We have a lot French, German also Luxembourg guests and customers so it is an advantage if you speak German or French too apart from English. For you there is the opportunity to learn some Dutch from me as well.
  
  We like sharing our Dutch habits and meals with you. Local people regularly visit the restaurant, so it is a good opportunity to get to know the Luxembourgish people and the habits.

  Help

  For the help with cleaning:
  The toilets and showers must be cleaned well onceto twice a day, and during the day they must be checked: is there enough toiletpaper? Is it still clean? Is everything still working correctly and so on.
  We have some small chalets and safaritents, when there are check-outs and check-ins, they must be checked and prepared for the new arrivals. This meaning, the bedlinnen and towels must be taken to the laundry and the chalet/ tents must be cleaned. New bedlinnen and towels must be provided. This is not every day, only when people leave.
  
  For the kitchen/gardening help:
  We are looking for someone to help in the kitchen in the evening when people come for dinner. Lau is cooking and you will assist him with preparing plates, salads, wash dishes etc. How much time this takes depends on the occupancy of the campsite and restaurant. When it is less busy, we could really use your help with pruning work, for example as there would be less work in the restaurant.

  We speak Dutch, English, French, German and Spanish. For you it is necessary that you at least speak fluent English. We have a lot of French, German also Luxembourg guests and customers so it is an advantage if you speak German or French too. For you there is the opportunity to learn some Dutch from us as well.

  The beautiful nature of the mountains of Luxembourg: quiet, peaceful and splendid views. A lot of culture, for example in the small villages and towns and in the city of Luxembourg. There are also beautiful castles everywhere. The campside is situated on the top of a mountain, in the middle of the Natural Park of the Upper-Sûre. It is beautiful to go for a walk. A few kilometers from the campsite are beautiful lakes where water sports can be practiced.There is a shopping mall/industry at no more then 7,5 k from the campsite also.
  
  There is a busstop near by and all public transport in Luxembourg is free. Therefore, a car is not necessary to discover Luxembourg.

  Can possibly accept pets

  Per request, because we would need to see what type of pet and if it could work with the campsite and workload. How much attendance it needs and so on because we all work constantly and it is difficult to combine with pets. Also, we need to be carefull to keep the peace and quiet for our camping guests who come to enjoy a peacefull stay.
