Description
Pretty small house in a tropical garden with a pool, five minutes walk from quiet and beautifull natural beaches.
10 minutes walk, by the beach, from the center of the village of San Juanillo.
San Juanillo in Guanacaste is a peacefull fishermen village situated on the Pacific Oean.
Natural, wild place with congos (monkeys), polecats, armadillos, iguanas, many birds, neighbour finca with cows and horses, and so and so are all around.

You may practice english, spanish and french in the house, spanish with the locals.

House sitting during 4 months or more.
Help needed is gardening , small general maintenance (basic knowlegde of plumbing and electricity).
The help is no more than 3 hours per day.
Couple welcomed , even retired couple.

Accommodation
You will stay in a private garden.
Accomodation is in the house with 2 bedrooms (double bed), bathroom (with hot showers) and a huge kitchen with all cooking and dining ustensils. Shared laundry. Sheets and towels provided.
Swimming pool and big rancho close to the house.
What else ...
All around, pure and unspoilts beaches, awasome nature. A few nice restaurants in the village.
Ostional at 7 kms is world welknown for the turtles egg-layings.
Samara, Nosara to the south, Tamarindo to the north are touristic places for many activities, surfing, restaurants, dancing, ...
Transport by bus is available from San Jose to Santa Cruz.
You can come from San Jose or Liberia airports.
A bus line twice a day from Santa Cruz to Samara, going through San Juanillo and Nosara.
