    Description

We are a retired couple, living in the country side south of Montreal, very active and in great shape. We are very implicated in our small community, we love nature and arts. We speak french, english and pretty well spanish. Ideal if a person wants to learn or practice french and learn about living in a small community and explore nature! We live on 55 acres land, mainly forest. We have a private pond to swim, a fireplace where we like to relax in the evenings with friends and neighbors, exchanging and playing music. The guests are like family and will be welcome anytime to join. The village is a 5 km ride, and we have bicycles if you wish. Racine is a very dynamic little village, with a saturday farmer's market, and all kind of little stores ( meat, cheese, bread, clothes, library) where one can find all is needed. We are also involved in an Art and historical museum in the center of the village where there is seasonal exhibitions of local artists. Mélinda is an artist, writer and herbalist, Marc-André is musician and art director.
