Description
🌱 Welcome!
An autonomous place for experimenting with nature, simplicity, and shared efforts.
Hi! I’m Adrien.
I coordinate a small association (non-profit, French law 1901) that supports ecological transition and rural resilience. We are not a permanent community, but a network of people who collaborate around shared values: autonomy, ecological practices, and mutual help.
You’ll be welcomed on our land in the **Périgord Vert**, in southwest France — a calm and inspiring region. Here, we cultivate a large garden without machines, experiment with medicinal plants, and explore low-tech living.
### 🧑🌾 What you can do here
We usually work **3–4 hours in the morning**. Afternoons are **free**, and sometimes we share activities (sports, walks, preserving food, etc.) if people are around.
Tasks may include:
- Gardening (sowing, weeding, harvesting)
- Processing herbs (tisanes, oils, hydrolats)
- Small DIY & land maintenance
- Seasonal planting or helping with small construction projects (low-tech)
This is a place where your ideas and initiatives are welcome — as long as you’re autonomous and resourceful!
### 🛖 Accommodation & Meals
You’ll sleep in one of our **two yurts**.
**Food is provided**, and a kitchen is available with everything you need (gas stove, fridge, coffee machine, etc.).
Meals are mostly **prepared individually**. Occasionally, we’ll share lunch or dinner, depending on the energy of the day.
### 🧘♀️ The vibe
Please note:
- This is **not** a structured eco-community.
- Some days you might be **alone on the land**, other days there are neighbors or friends helping out.
- You need to feel comfortable with autonomy, both for work and daily life.
If you're looking for quiet time in nature, learning about plants and simple living, with occasional shared moments — this place could be a good match for you.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
