Description
Hello,
We are Laura from Brazil, David from Spain and our little children Paz ( 3 yrs) and Valentin (1 year).
Almost 2 years ago we moved from Portugal to Brazil, specifically to the surroundings of a village called Sapucai-Mirim, located in the Serra da Mantiqueira region, "The mountain who cries", the original name given for the indigenous inhabitants. These definition came because of the abundance of mineral water that happens in this area.
That was one of the main reasons for us to move here, to live in a place where our family can grow without a lack of water.
Our piece of land is truly a sanctuary where the nature remains in a quite pristine state.
The whole land is surrounded by native trees and there are no roads around, just silence and the sound of nature (waterfall, birds and frogs)
We got stunning and open views to the mountain on the front, as well as a natural waterfall and a lake with its own spring water.
The last owner planted a bunch of fruit trees and there is a huge plantation of bananas which are already giving a lot of delicious aliments depending on the season: goaiava, peech, mango, orange, avocado, lemon, jabuticaba...
Last year we have launched a line of natural remedies, called Pury Apothecarium, so we have a laboratory in our place where we produce for the pharmacy. Our goal is to be able to cultivate all of our raw material outside and inside of the green house.
We also already started some lines of veggies but our goal is to produce more food and to have some animals.Types of help and learning opportunities
