  I'm Sonia,
  
  A woman in the process of personal development, and eager to meet mature and respectful people who are on the same line.
  
  I, 40 years old, live in the house with my 5 and 7 year old daughters (half the time), as well as many friends.
  
  Initially I joined workaway to have help with the house and the girls, but time has shown me that the right people come at the right time and that there is much more behind it.
  
  Now I see it much more as an exceptional way to meet people and create friendships. I am not interested in just being a room on the Costa del Sol. But in sharing knowledge and experiences.
  
  What I need can be varied, help with basic housework, as well as help/learning when I offer cooking workshops for children and adults, and various activities.
  And of course the girls will also be involved when they are at home.
  
  The qualities I look for are autonomy, responsibility, respect and preferably from the age of 30 to feel more in tune.
  
  Our diet is varied and healthy, I always have a variety of vegetables.
  And although I have experience in vegan cooking, we eat everything (meat, fish, etc.)

  Una mujer en pleno proceso de desarrollo personal, y muchas ganas de conocer personas maduras y respetuosas que estén en la misma linea.
  
  En la casa vivo yo con mis 40 años de con mis hijas de 5 y 7 años ( la mitad del tiempo), además de muchos amigos.
  
  Inicialmente me uni a workaway para tener ayuda con la casa y con las niñas, pero el tiempo me ha demostrado que llegan las personas adecuadas en el momento adecuado y que hay mucho más detrás.
  
  Ahora lo veo mucho más como una manera excepcional de conocer gente y crear amistades. No estoy interesada en solo en ser una habitación en la costa del Sol. Sino compartir el conocimiento y experiencias.
  
  Lo que necesito puede ser variado, ayuda las tareas básicas de la casa, así como ayuda/aprendizaje cuando ofrezco talleres de cocina para niños y adultos, y actividades variadas.
  Y por supuesto también estarán las niñas involucradas cuando estén en casa.
  
  Las cualidades que busco son de autonomía, responsabilidad, respecto y preferiblemente a partir de los 30 años por sentirme más en sintonía
  
  Nuestra alimentación es variada y saludable, siempre tengo variedad de verduras alimentos.
  Y aunque tengo experiencia en cocina vegana, comemos de todo ( carne, pescado, etc)

  In Estepona there is still a balance between the tourist and the local people here,
  There are activities, events, fairs, language exchanges and activities for someone who wants to do things within a large town.
  
  Most of the guests and the interaction with them already create a small family, almost without leaving home.
  
  
  And of course the best part was meeting me, Jody and Alma.
  Although it is difficult for me to see it, many people tell me that me and my house have very good energy.

  En Estepona todavía hay un equilibrio entre el turista y la gente local de aquí,
  Hay actividades, eventos, ferias, intercambio de idiomas y actividades para alguien que quiere hacer cosas dentro de un pueblo grande.
  
  La mayoría de los huéspedes y la interacción con ellos ya crea una pequeña familia, casi sin salir de casa.
  
  
  Y por supuesto la mejor parte conocerme a mi, a Jody y Alma.
  Que aunque me cuesta verlo mucha gente me dice que yo y mi casa tiene muy buena energía.

  Help

  As I mentioned I am in a personal change mode and want to network with like-minded people.
  
  I want to create more routines in my daily life, so that there is a more enriching environment in my mind, as a reflection in my house and also extensively in the people who, due to the coincidences of life, come to my house for work away.
  
  
  I love food and I am always aware of the nutrition of what we choose. My greatest curiosity is to discover new recipes and spices from other regions or countries.
  I will be delighted to be surprised with the kitchen.

  Como he mencionado estoy en un modo de cambio personal y quiero crear contactos con personas afines.
  
  Quiero crear más rutinas en mi día a día, para que haya un ambiente más enriquecedor en mi mente, como reflejo en mi casa y de forma extensiva también en la gente que por las casualidades de la vida llegan a mi casa por work away.
  
  
  Me encanta la comida y estoy siempre pendiente de la nutrición de lo que elegimos. Mi mayor curiosidad descubrir nuevas recetas y especias de otras regiones o países.
  Estaré encantada de que me sorprendan con la cocina.

  I am fluent in English and I appreciate English speakers to speak English with the girls, but it come more natural written my description in Spanish. I love the languages, I do enjoy the English and also I want to learn French by speaking it. Me gusta enseñar español y tengo el hábito de corregir cuando escucho algún error. Domino el inglés y quiero aprender francés, pero no me encuentro motivada para aprenderlo de un libro. Estaría encantada de intercambiar español por francés a nivel principiante. También Inglés por español a nivel de perfeccionamiento.

  Private room (when the girls are away) otherwise and depending the time we will find a mattress in the living room or seeing the availability in the guest rooms.
  
  Semi-detached house in a quiet area of the town, 10 minutes walk from the center and 4 min to the beach

  What else ...

  From Estepona you can easily visit Gibraltar, San Pedro and Marbella.
  
  By car there are places like Casares, a white town 20 minutes away, Sierra Bermeja, a mountain <1500m, La Concha another mountain near Marbella, or Ronda 1 hour by car.

  En coche hay lugares como Casares un pueblo blanco a 20min, Sierra bermeja una montaña de <1500m, La Concha otra montaña cerca de Marbella, o Ronda 1h de coche.
