    Description

We’re – a Surf & Adventure company with 19 years of experience, based in Punta de Mita and Sayulita, Mexico. Focused on fun and safety, we offer surf lessons and trips, MTB rides, hikes, snorkel tours, and boat adventures.

Our young, energetic team thrives outdoors and is all about health, hands-on work, and taking on challenges. With 35 permanent staff—surf instructors, MTB guides, admin, front desk, guest services, drivers, and maintenance—we keep things running smoothly.

Volunteers are a vital part of our crew, helping create a welcoming vibe for guests. Once you're here, you might never want to leave—seriously.

Our headquarters and volunteer housing are at La Lancha Beach, a stunning surf spot just 45 minutes from Puerto Vallarta, 5 minutes from Punta Mita, and 20 from Sayulita. We're tucked away in nature, so while nightlife and shops require planning, it's paradise for surfers, hikers, and nature lovers. If you’re into wide-open spaces and a healthy, active lifestyle, this is your place.
