Description
We are Todd and Bronwyn, we live in a semi-rural community and have a 2-acre block of Land an hour and a half out of Sydney, I (Bronwyn) work at a bank and split my time between home and the office. Todd works in in the mining industry occasionally spending time away due to work. We have three grown kids that have left the house. We also have a dog Axel who is a 4 year old boxer cross lab. Most of your help will involve the care of him whilst we are away. We would also love for some help around the yard and in the house as it is too much our selves.

A typical Australian family experience. We are happy to help you learn and practice your English. We would love to learn about where you are from and your experiences. The pub often has local events we would love for you to experience such as bands, rodeos and trucking shows. We are also located close to wineries and beaches. We are more than happy to show you around the local area or give you some tips on places for you to visit during your time with us.
Help
Most importantly it will be mowing the lawns, occasional help tidying the house and looking after Axel whilst we are away.

A bedroom with a double bed, your own private bathroom. A kitchen we are happy to cook for you or if you love to cook, we are more than happy to share the cooking of meals.
What else ...
Due to the nature of where we are located this would be the best fit for someone who has a license or their own form of transportation. We are close to the train station which can get you into Newcastle (with connections to Sydney) we are also located 30 minutes from Newcastle airport.

we have plenty of space for you to park your campers and you will have access to the bathroom and kitchen. while we are away we would prefer you to stay in the house with dog.

Axel (4 years)
Axel is a 4 year old Boxer x Lab. He is a very sweet natured boisterous boy, often choosing to lay around the house and snooze all day. He can be very energetic at times loving to run around the backyard. He is currently adjusting to being the lone dog of the house so he can be a bit of a scaredy cat without his friend to protect him.
