Description
Our retreat is based in the south of Gran Canaria, which is a place that is sunny the whole year around. From September until June we host all sorts of external retreats in our center, from yoga holidays, to yoga kundalini retreats.
Because it is a big space we would like to work with Workawayers, to give them an opportunity to learn about the Canadian culture, and be in a spiritual environment. Were you can help us with different tasks, like maintenance, gardening, cleaning etcetera.

For the cultural exchange we offer the opportunity to learn Spanish or English. From time to time you can join one of the yoga sessions, if the retreat allows you. You can upgrade your cooking skills with helping the catering. And when the yoga studio is empty, you can use the yoga studio.

Help
We’re looking for Workawayers who enjoy being part of a spiritual environment and who are happy to help with different tasks around the retreat centre.
The help includes:
- Gardening and outdoor maintenance , watering plants and keeping the outdoor areas tidy.
- General maintenance and cleaning, helping to keep the rooms and communal spaces beautiful and welcoming.
- Kitchen assistance, helping the catering with food preparations, setting up meals, or cleaning after dinner during retreats.
- Support during retreats, helping with logistics, guest arrivals, or light housekeeping when groups are here.
We offer a wage of €9 per hour for all hours and tasks worked.

Accommodation
Workawayers stay in comfortable rooms in the main house if possible. All rooms are private rooms, but we can sometimes ask to stay in the house up on the hill where you share a bathroom, depending on availability.
