Description
I have a piece of land, half a hectare in size (5,000 square metres), located just a 15-minute walk from the beach in Magoito. It's 20 minutes from the centre of Ericeira and 18 minutes from Sintra.
I’m currently renovating the land (and property) and am looking for skilled individuals to join and contribute to a growing community project. As part of this, I’ll be creating an organic vegetable garden to provide fresh produce for the local community. In addition, I’m establishing a shared communal garden space within 1,500 square metres of natural Sintra forest—this will be open for locals and visitors to enjoy and connect with nature.
The property is nestled within an estate surrounded by forest and neighbouring homes. It includes its own forested areas, a water well, fire pits, and a beautiful setting for shared, intentional living.
If you’re interested in being part of a collaborative project and have experience in landscaping/farming etc, I’d love to hear from you. This is a great opportunity to contribute your skills toward a meaningful community-oriented initiative.
I have several basic but comfortable places to stay, all with electricity, water, toilet and shower, simple cooking facilities, and bedding. I also have a vehicle and can provide food as well as lifts to the surf—Praia Grande is just 12 minutes away, and Ericeira isn’t far either (though winter swells can get big!).

My land is rich with resources and there are so may people building really awesome experiences to share with people and the local community. I want to bring people together into an amazing 2.5k of forest land to share. Plus i'm super excited to start growing food and irrigate the land with a 7 metre water well full of water. I also love to surf and rock climb :)
Help
You'll need to be able to do tasks with me on the gardens and build the communal areas with me. Also be able to clear some of the forest for creating the space for the community to come and enjoy. There's also a well that we'll use to water the gardens and the organic vegetable area. I'll need help finishing off the irrigation system.
