  Description

  We are a small community living on a beautiful one-hectare finca in nature. Two households share this space: our family with two children (14 and 10) and a lovly couple. Together, we are creating a peaceful and conscious way of living, connected to the land and to each other.
  
  Our goal is to develop the land with care and creativity. Upcoming projects include building a chicken coop and starting permaculture initiatives to support biodiversity and offer the best to the land.
  
  In the summer, we often spend evenings at nearby beaches like Conil, El Palmar, or Caños, enjoying the ocean and beautiful sunsets. We have bicycles available, and occasional use of a car can be arranged.
  
  We need help with specific projects (such as building, gardening, or permaculture). The exchange would be around 3-4 hours per day, helping us with gardening, watering, and small building projects.
  
  In exchange, we offer accommodation in a caravan located in a shaded green area. It includes a small kitchen, an outdoor shower, and a dry toilet.
  
  We are looking for open-minded, responsible people who enjoy nature, and sharing skills and experiences.
  Important — a car is essential: The finca is in a rural area with no bus connections. Due to the summer heat, cycling to town is not practical. You must have your own vehicle to be able to join us comfortably.
  
  
  Somos una pequeña comunidad que vive en una preciosa finca de una hectárea en plena naturaleza. Dos familias compartimos este espacio: nuestra familia, con dos hijos (de 11 y 7 años), y una pareja encantadora. Juntos, estamos creando un estilo de vida tranquilo y consciente, conectados con la tierra y entre nosotros.
  
  Nuestro objetivo es desarrollar la tierra con cuidado y creatividad. Entre los próximos proyectos se incluyen la construcción de un gallinero y la puesta en marcha de iniciativas de permacultura para apoyar la biodiversidad y ofrecer lo mejor a la tierra.
  
  En verano, solemos pasar las tardes en playas cercanas como Conil, El Palmar o Caños, disfrutando del mar y de las hermosas puestas de sol. Disponemos de bicicletas y se puede organizar el uso ocasional de un coche.
  
  A veces necesitamos ayuda con proyectos específicos (como construcción, jardinería o permacultura). El intercambio sería de unas 3-4 horas al día, ayudándonos con la jardinería, el riego y pequeños proyectos de construcción. También estamos muy interesados en el intercambio de idiomas, especialmente inglés, tanto para los niños como para nosotros.
  
  A cambio, ofrecemos alojamiento en una caravana situada en una zona verde y sombreada. Incluye una pequeña cocina, una ducha exterior y un retrete seco.
  
  Buscamos personas de mente abierta y responsables que disfruten de la naturaleza y les guste compartir sus habilidades.
  
  Importante: es imprescindible disponer de coche propio.La finca se encuentra en una zona rural sin conexiones de autobús. Debido al calor del verano, no es práctico ir en bicicleta al pueblo. Deberias tener de tu propio vehículo para poder moverte con comidad:-)

  We have bicycles to go to the beach, to Conil or to other places of interest. We are very close to the best beaches for surfing and enjoying the Atlantic.
