  Description

  We are a nature reserve of 80 hectares of conservation called one love. In 3 hectares within the reserve we have built 6 cabins and 6 eco glamping sites with a social area that has a kitchen, library and two rooms. In front of the Palomino River we built a shala where massages, therapies, meditation rituals and yoga are performed. We also have a temacal that is also used as a steam house or stone bath by visitors. Allan and Leyla are in charge of the reserve, Allan has been living in this territory for 15 years and Leyla has been living in this territory for 7. They arrived at this Space amazed by the beauty and ancestrality as it is a place that is home to 4 indigenous ethnic groups, Kogis, Wiwas, Arhuacos and we kankuamos.
  
  Since then they have been dedicated to receiving visitors from all over the world since, in addition to being a hotel, it is a foundation and artistic residency program. Leyla is a psychologist and is in charge of organizing the wellness retreats, the residences and in general of maintaining the magic and energy of the space. Allan is in charge of managing and making important decisions alongside Leyla. We have a team that is 100% local and Colombian, people very committed to their role and aware of the importance of their mission within the project.
  
  -In the kitchen we have 9 people, including cooks and people who attend to the service. They are constantly trained in learning new dishes and being able to meet the requirements of vegans, vegetarians, celiacs, pescetarians and people who eat our entire variety without restrictions.
  
  -In our garden we have two people who provide us with fresh vegetables for the kitchen and in the laboratory an assistant who helps us with the oleate distillation processes, tinctures and packaging of our entire line of organic products.
  
  -We have a maintenance area with four assistants who divide the morning and afternoon shift, two in the morning and two in the afternoon-night to do the daily tasks of cleaning, area maintenance and gardening.
  
  -We have 4 people in the cleaning area who are in charge of cleaning the social areas, organizing all the rooms and the laundry on a daily basis.
  
  -The accounting area is made up of an accountant at the head who does all the review of the accounting auxiliary taxation and a person in charge of stock management who manages all the inventories.
  
  -We have a central reception and experience management area with two people who work in shifts of 7 days each and coordinate the entire guest experience from before their arrival until their departure.
  
  -We have a reservations area that has two people, one is in charge of being revenew manager and reviewing digital platforms such as otas and the other is responsible for managing all reservations that arrive directly through the engine or those from Instagram.
  
  -We have a person in the area of occupational health and safety who is responsible for maintaining the current standard regarding the organization of hiring. -Security area: three people in charge, two in goal and one person who helps us when the eco glampings are full.
  
  -As a service provider we have all our experience managers: 4 tourist guides who are in charge of making the tours and visits to other places such as waterfalls, beaches, rivers, visits to indigenous villages. 7 masseuses, two yoga teachers, a musician.
  
  
  
  Somos una reserva natural de 80 hectáreas de conservación llamada one love.En 3 hectáreas dentro de la reserva tenemos construidos 6 cabanas y 6 eco glampings con una zona social que tiene cocina, biblioteca y dos salas . En frente del rio palomino construimos un shala en donde se hacen masajes,terapias ,rituales meditacion y yoga. Tambien tenemos un temascal que tambien es usado como casa de vapor o baño de piedras por los visitantes. Allan y leyla son los encargados de la reserva, Allan lleva 15 anos viviendo en este territorio y leyla 7.Llegaron a este Espacio asombrados por la belleza y la ancestralidad al ser un lugar que es casa de 4 etnias indigenas ,koguis ,wiwas ,arhuacos y kankuamos. Desde entonces se dedican a recibir visitantes desde todas partes del mundo ya que ademas de ser hotel es fundacion y programa de residencias artisticas. Leyla es psicologa y se encarga de organizar los retiros de bienestar,las residencias y en general de mantener la magia y la energia del espacio.allan se encarga de gerenciar y al lado de leyla tomar las deciciones importantes.
  
  Tenemos un equipo cien por ciento de personas locales y colombianas,personas muy comprometidas con su papel y con conciencia de la importancia de su mision dentro del proyecto.
  
  
  -En cocina tenemos 9 personas entre cocineros y personas que atienden el servicio.Ellos son entrenados constantemente en aprender nuevos platos y poder cumplir con los requisitos de veganos, vegetarianos, celiacos, pescetarianos y personas que comen toda nuestra variedad sin restricciones.
  
  -En nuestra huerta contamos con dos personas que nos proveen de verduras frescas para cocina y en el laboratorio un ayudante que nos colabora con los procesos de destilación de oleatos, tinturas y empaquetamiento de toda nuestra linea de productos orgánicos.
  
  -Tenemos un area de mantenimiento con cuatro ayudantes que se dividen el turno de manana y tarde,dos en la manana y dos en la tarde-noche para hacer las tareas diarias de Limpieza, mantenimento de areas y jardineria.
  
  -Tenemos 4 personas en el area de camareria que se encargan diariamente de hacer la limpieza de zonas sociales, la organizacion de todos los cuartos y la lavanderia.
  
  -El area contable esta conformada por un contador en la cabeza que hace toda la revision de la tributación auxiliar contable y una persona encargada de gestion de existencia que maneja todos los inventarios.
  
  -Tenemos un area central de recepcion y gestion de experiencas con dos personas que trabajan en turnos de 7 dias cada uno y coordinan toda la experiencia de los huespedes desde antes de su llegada hasta su salida.
  
  -Tenemos un area de reservas que tiene dos personas, una se encarga de ser revenew manager y revisar las plataformas digitales como otas y la otra de gestionar todas las reservas que lleguen directas por el motor o las de instagram.
  
  -Tenemos una persona en area de seguridad y salud en el trabajo que se encarga de mantener la norma vigente con respecto a la organizacion de la contratacion.
  
  -Area de seguridad tres personas encargadas, dos en porteria y una persona que nos ayuda cuando los eco glampings estan llenos.
  
  -Como prestacione de servicios tenemos a todos nuestros gestores de experiencias: 4 guias turisticos que se encargan de hacer los recorridos y las visitas a otros lugares como cascadas,playas, rios ,las visitas alos pueblos indigenas.

  We are looking for volunteers for the following help:
  
  -offer our guests some type of wellness activity such as: yoga, meditation, massages, therapies, rituals. -helps organize the volunteer program.
  
  - photography, videos, social media management, community manager, publicist.
  
  - They can be hosts to our guests, greeting them and making them feel welcome to the property, as well as guiding walks through the flora and fauna and translating when necessary.
  
  - who has extensive knowledge about the growth of social networks and their management, making stories, reels, creating valuable content and telling the narrative of the space that is divided into a nature reserve, experiences, hotels, wellness retreats, gastronomy, artistic residencies and foundation.
