  Description

  Hello! My name is Olga,a 52 years old woman living in a country house with my 2 dogs and 1 cat in Catalonia.I love arts and travelling,also meeting people from all over the world! That gives me an opportunity to wide my world a little bit more! I love nature and the animals so much.My dream would be to live in a recovered planet where animals,people and nature would be connected and respected.My lifestyle is be connected to the earth as much as I can and do my best to protect flora and fauna autoctons. The house is located in a beatiful area in the meadle of the forest but not far from the sea(Costa Brava) and only 20 min.from the City of Girona.This is a protected area with wonderful views.Barcelona is only 1 hour and 20 min,away.The plot is huge and I have it all fenced,there is a lot of work:making wood for the fire,taking care of the plants and trees,reparing,the dogs etc
  I have a private forest with a lot of plants to discover for medicine,food etc..also I have fruit trees.I am still learning here with all the herbs and plants we have and my dream is to have a wonderful veggie garden full of food to harvest also.Permaculture is my philosophy.The house and the plot have been made with care and love for Gaia.
  We are proud to live in a very sunny place even in winter wich is not very cold. My 2 dogs and the cat Pastor,Pancho and Rocky are very nice and they like people very much,sometimes I need help with them too and if I go away.
  I offer a beautiful vintage caravan fully restored with love,a little independant house for volunteers who wish to experience an off-grid life and help for a long term.The house is big and I am renting some of the areas for guests.
  If you come here you can learn about sostenibility,ecology etc..We only run with solar panels and recycle the water.
  You can practise languages with me: Spanish,catalan, english,french...and also if you like to cycle or walk with the dogs you can join me to do beatiful excursions or explore by yourself.
  I would be happy to share some meals with you,vegetarian,local and organic and prepare it all together! Here is a non smoke and alcohol free enviroment,we would like calm and respectful people.

  Our exchange will be vey nice sharing interesting talks, visiting nice places and learn about the culture,meeting friends etc! You can learn many things here in the forest,there are wild animals outside the plot! If you love nature you can apreciate it and also the silence here! We don't have neigbours very close.

  Help

  I need a couple or a single person for: maintenance, reparing, make wood, diy, cleaning,arts and crafts etc
  It is needed someone who can drive and have the european driving licence, it will be very valuable to get used to dogs and cats also.
  I would like to create a veggie organic garden from cero,I need someone with experience to start and take care of it.You can be provided by this for your needs.
  Also woul be nice to create a house for chikens.
  Helping will be 4/5 hours a day aprox.. The timetable could be flexible and can change depending of the requeriments of the moment but always the afternoons are free to rest, discover the sourrandings or share other kind of interests.
  I would really apreciate a handy and strong couple or person and also clean/ tidy because that is important for us.

  Beautiful caravan for two with a small double bed and kitchen.
  The cealing it is not very high so very tall pleople could be uncomfortable.

  Here there is no transport...if you come here you have to know that you depend of the car or motorcycle.
  Girona is a nice town 20 min. away from the house:the judish area,beatiful stone pedestrian streets,nice food etc..You can explore the gothic churches,the river etc..
  We have also wild beaches where we can walk and swim! And stop for a nice cup of tea!
