Description
Aloha!
Our mission is to use food, the great connector, to understand and celebrate how different communities provide, support and nourish one another. Our project boasts a beautiful 70 acre property in Kilauea, Kauai where visitors will be able to learn and participate in how regenerative practices enhance the economy, the community and beyond. We are focused on bringing community together and engaging in meaningful ways around food, story, music, and conversation.
Previously a sugar and guava plantation, this is at the intersection of agriculture and hospitality. We maintain and are expanding a regenerative food forest, sharing the importance of responsibly grown food in a state that imports >85%of its food. We invite visitors and locals through our weekly Farm and Food Experience and provide space for weddings, private and community events.
We are seeking value aligned individuals who are passionate about being a part of positive change. If you are feeling called to get involved with a local project that has ambitious, systemic impact - this opportunity is for you!
We are looking for hardworking, committed individuals with strong communication skills and experience in any of the following:
Regenerative Organic Agriculture / Agroforestry
Hospitality - Bartenders, front of house, dishwashers, etc
Carpentry or Construction
General labor & landscaping
Housekeeping
Event production and or A/V Production
The property has housing available on site.
